Tony Ramesh, the Founder and CEO of Visual Media Studio (VMS), is known for his bold and authentic storytelling that has enriched Indonesian cinema.

Under his leadership, VMS entered the film industry with a bang, having their debut movie, Pemandi Jenazah, as one of the biggest box office hits of 2024, not only in Indonesia but in Malaysia as well. 2025 brought about varied genres, Assalamualaikum Baitullah, Maryam : Janji dan Jiwa yang Terikat.

His latest production, Penerbangan Terakhir, showcases a style of impactful storytelling with an angle that is totally unique.

Tony also believes in supporting the industry by not only his own movies but also investing in other production houses which include movies like 1 Kakak 7 Ponakan, Tumbal Darah, and Ozora.

Tony believes in championing collaboration, innovation, and stories that connect local and global audiences.

Shalu TM is one of the most influential producers in Indonesia’s entertainment industry, known as the creative force behind Visual Media Studio (VMS).

With a love for cinema instilled since childhood by her late father Subagio Samtono, fondly known as Pak Sam, Shalu has dedicated over two decades to building the television and film landscapes in Indonesia.

The creativity with which she approaches her work, has been recognized with various prestigious awards, such as the Panasonic Global Awards and SCTV Awards and nominations for best series and Movies in illustrious festivals.

Not stopping at television, Shalu TM has entered into the cinematic industry with her company VMS, producing films like: Pemandi Jenazah, Assalamualaikum Baitullah, Maryam: Janji dan Jiwa yang Terikat, and several other upcoming films. She is known as a producer who remains committed to creating new, high-quality works for Indonesian cinema.
